Paul Reisler and Three Good Reasons at IYE Studios

JAMinc kicked off the 2025 concert season with a smaller than average but nonetheless enthusiastic crowd for guitarist Paul Reisler, vocalist wife Cheryl and trumpeter extraordinaire John D’earth performing as Three Good Reasons at In Your Ear’s Studio A. The pre-show potluck did not disappoint either with a delicious variety of foods that belied the crowd’s small size.

The group spent the afternoon in the studio rehearsing a number of songs from Paul’s extensive 3,000+ catalog of original compositions. D’earth’s often muted trumpet stylings added subtle textures to the acoustic numbers that also benefitted from Cheryl’s strong vocal range. Every song was greeted with enthusiastic applause from the 30 or so people in attendance.

The evening was very much a case in point where the size of the crowd did not take away from the magic of the evening. Upon leaving, many said it was a memorable evening and that JAMinc always delivers music worth coming out for.
